Meet The Founder
Founder
Coach Shay was born in Texas but raised in Phoenix Arizona. She moved to Buckeye Arizona in 2006. She has always had a passion for dance in all forms. She started a group in 2008 called Women of Power and the blossomed into U.D.T. In 2018 U.D.T. was officially born, becoming a charitable organization. Shay's passion for dance and love for the youth has been a blessing to the community in many ways. She coined the phrase, Dance is art, United is the canvas.

Amanda De Los Santos
Born and raised in Arizona, self taught dancer and choreographer. Amanda has been dancing for 13 years and teaching for 9 years. She specializes in hip hop and popping. Born and raised in Arizona, self taught dancer and choreographer. Amanda has been dancing for 13 years and teaching for 9 years. She specializes in hip hop and popping. She loves teaching and spreading her passion to others. If someone would to ask her how do you see the dance Industry she would say “Dancing is like a seed with the proper nourishment you get to see it blossom into something amazing”
Catalina villegas
Dancing has been in her life for as long as she could remember. She’s performed at churches and on stages. She’s also taken technical dance in school since 7th grade. She had the amazing opportunity to perform with her school in Disneyland on two separate accounts.she says “It was a great experience that helped influence my future in dance”. After graduation she had the amazing opportunity to have a paid job teaching jazz over the summer. In addition, she was taught some ballet techniques. As well as teaching, she was also choreographing a piece for the seniors at the high school she graduated from and became a new choreographer for U.D.T. As she continues to perform solo dancing, she enjoys serving as a choreographer/dancer for U.D.T.
